Hoi, I'm Nathalie

MY
STORY
My life has been a fascinating journey so far — one in which the many people I've met along the way have been both signposts and sources of inspiration.
From an early age I surrendered myself to the beauty of things and people. In the cultural sector I built a career as a costume designer and production manager, among other roles. I learned what collaboration truly means — the intensity, the vulnerability, the high demands people place on themselves and each other. The ups and downs, the inspiration and the frustration, the patience and dedication that a creative process asks of you. I know that world from the inside out.
I still go to performances, but professionally I took a very different path since 2006. First as a supervisor for job seekers within a training programme for the cultural sector, later as a career coach, outplacement consultant and counsellor working from a client-centred, experiential framework.
The richness of the people I work with, and the way there insights unfold and they flourish in their work and lives, still inspires me every day. My greatest source of energy is wondering, creating, learning — and the people I meet along the way.
Throughout the years I have continually invested in my own development, both as a person and as a facilitator. From career coaching and stress & burnout coaching, to Gestalt, Voice Dialogue and Trauma Informed Practice, and a training as a Client-Centred, Experiential & Emotion Focused Counsellor. All of these have shaped me into who I am today.
In 2019 I encountered the Three Principles as described by Sydney Banks — and it changed everything. I began to see how our experience is created from the inside out, and how that simple understanding shifts everything else naturally.
My work is now rooted in this insight: our experience arises from within, and is continuously changing. The simplicity of it has profoundly changed my own life, the way I see, the way I work, the way I show up.
It is from that personal discovery that I now guide others. Not through techniques or frameworks, but through something more essential, an understanding that quietly touches the very core of who you are.

I work with leaders, employees, freelancers and creative professionals. What connects them is not their title or sector, but their willingness to look more deeply.
"I help people return to that still place within — where it's not about doing more or thinking harder, but about making space for the clarity that was already there. The place from which action, creativity and leadership arise naturally."

Notes from a passionate creator...
Some days my photographic journey feels like a smooth flow — other days it resists. I get stuck, unsure of what I want to say or where I'm going. But what always brings me back is movement: inspired action, letting go of expectations, and simply making pictures for the joy of it.
I walk, I look, I breathe. I try to see beauty in the quiet details — skin catching light, plants reaching upward, colours revealing themselves in ways that feel almost magical.
When I really need a nudge, I look for something unexpected, a word, an image, a prompt, that opens just enough of a crack for a fresh way of seeing.
This image is part of a work in progress — a new series built around the small shared moments that remind me how beautiful life is. Still untitled, still in motion. And that is exactly where the beauty lies. The journey is the work. And the essence is simple: keep moving, follow the small impulses, trust the process.
Still Unfolding

Let's meet!
I look forward to meeting you and exploring together how I can help you.
