Hoi, I'm Nathalie

MY
STORY

My life has been a fascinating journey so far, one in which the many people I've met along the way have been both signposts and sources of inspiration.

I've always been drawn to beauty, and to what's alive in people.

I began my career in the cultural sector, working over 20 years as a costume designer and production manager. That world taught me what collaboration truly asks of you: the intensity, the vulnerability, the high demands people place on themselves and each other, the beautiful mess of a creative process. I know it from the inside out.

Since 2006 I've walked a different professional path, first in guiding working professionals through a year-long training programme in the cultural sector, then as a career coach, outplacement consultant and counsellor. I never left that first world behind; I brought it all with me, including a deep understanding of the inner challenges that come with navigating uncertainty, pressure, and the wish to create and live from a place of deeper knowing.

Along the way I trained in career and burnout coaching, Gestalt, Voice Dialogue, Trauma Informed Practice, and as a Client-Centred, Experiential & Emotion Focused Counsellor.
Then in 2019 I encountered the Three Principles as described by Sydney Banks, and it changed everything. I began to see how our experience is created from the inside out, and how that simple understanding shifts everything else, naturally.

Today I work as a coach and mentor, grounded in the Three Principles, supporting artists, creatives and cultural workers looking for more clarity, ease, or a freer way to work. I have a warm presence and a genuine belief that each person carries their own answers, that true guidance arises from within, and that the right space can make all the difference.

Through The Living Co-Lab, a space where creativity and the Three Principles meet, one-on-one sessions, and collaborative creative projects, I create spaces where insight meets inspiration, and where inner work can be both profound and playful.

I'm a member of 3PGC (Three Principles Global Community) and VVCEPC (Association of Client-Centred Experiential Therapists and Counsellors).

"I help people return to that still place within, where it's not about doing more or thinking harder, but about making space for the clarity that was already there. The place from which action, creativity and leadership arise naturally."

Notes from a passionate creator...

Some days my photographic journey feels like a smooth flow, other days it resists. I get stuck, unsure of what I want to say or where I'm going. But what always brings me back is movement: inspired action, letting go of expectations, and simply making pictures for the joy of it.

I walk, I look, I breathe. I try to see beauty in the quiet details, skin catching light, plants reaching upward, colors revealing themselves in ways that feel almost magical.

When I really need a nudge, I look for something unexpected, a word, an image, a prompt, that opens just enough of a crack for a fresh way of seeing.

This image is part of a work in progress, a new series built around the small shared moments that remind me how beautiful life is. Still untitled, still in motion. And that is exactly where the beauty lies. The journey is the work. And the essence is simple: keep moving, follow the small impulses, trust the process.

Still Unfolding

Let's meet!
